do you intend to only use the vepar set in pvp or everywhere?
consider ditching larson equips for things with a lot of str -- you can craft a 8-10 str belt, the crusade shoulderpad can net you at least 5 more str than larsons, you can make a couple str rings and replace the crusade rings, dep star or htp for a pendant will go far... kenta goggles have more all stat than dragon glasses
and work on your codex you oughta be able to get a couple more out of it
im currently able to equip a full vepar set w/ 23 base str, but i have things like 2 17 evo rings, 11 stat crusade shoulder, rising sun ring/belt, chtp, czak, 9 str mech part, lvl 7 codex... and i cant equip the hat until i have the 4 set bonus all stats. itll be tough if you dont add say... 20-30 more base str. but dont go much higher than that its not necessary.
