Do you feel Nexon exploits it's playerbase?

oh here we go again with khainiwest.... Still upset that I said Rayquaza shouldn't have been surprised for GETTING HACKED playing maplestory.

and maybe you did see a hacker playing WoW.. so what? Over the course of my time playing maple, I've seen hundreds of hackers. There were points in time for the game when you couldn't even train because every map was vack hacked. I still have yet to see a single hacker during my time in WoW. Is it an old out dated game? Maybe, but it's still hacker free. Which is more than I can say for Nexon games

Now let me explain something to you that seems to be based off very limited common sense on your end. The reason WoW manages their game better isn't because of a $ figure, it's because they have to. It's a subscription business model, you pay for services, and you can cancel at anytime. However wow asks for a very small fee for you to play, so they want to keep players as long as possible. Nexon is the complete opposite, anyone can join and they invest everything into advertising people to do so. They do cheap gimmicks that if you pay a substantial amount than you get some sudden rush or upgrade that makes you efficient to the game. Nexon temps you with power, doesn't matter how long you play, it's that instant micro transaction they get, and you need a few dozen of those transactions to get the pay off. They focus on the refresh rate of the customers, not keeping them as long as possible.

When a negative thing happens in any game I'm sure you're the first one to stand up and say "SHOULD HAVE PLAYED WoW EVEN THOUGH THERES MAYBE HUNDREDS OF FREE TO PLAY CLONES OF IT, ALL WITH BETTER GRAPHICS". You honestly think people stick to a game because it's good? Look at fu`cking maplestory, its as basic as it gets and has hundreds of active hardcore players. Should I explain the human psychology of "comfort zone" to you? WoW has history and experience with it's players as most of them are long time, because that's what their business model is designed to do, people keep to it because it's something they are familiar with it, period. Much like people have been playing the same call of duty game for the last 10 fu`cking years.
