If I remember correctly, Keeny's illness isn't the result of inter-species breading, but the difficulty in curing the illness is. Also, Yuris isn't human, she's a fairy. If Testonen is also a fairy, then Kyrin is a full fledged fairy as well, but I'm uncertain on my knowledge of Testonen, since I haven't done any quests that talk about him.
