Well, I made the ''brave barehanded heroic pirate'' part up, because the quest doesn't mention Testonen itself or how the deed happened. What Yuris revealed is that she got a baby daughter and she named it Kyrin.
Testonen is the father of Kyrin, so it's obvious that Yuris is the wife of Testonen.
