I know that, but when they killed heroic ragnaros, a lot of people went to blizzard forum complaining that they didnt use any resto shaman, saying that resto shaman is pomegranate because paragon didn't use them. the paragon setup was like, 6 boomkim for the transiction phase, so they could use the water wave to knockback the small adds, its their strategy, they did a raid comp to fill their needs, after that, people killed hrag with other strategy aswell.

same goes for baleroc, some raid use 2 tank, some use 1 tank

lord ryo, some raid use 2 tank, some use 1 tank

shannox: some kill rageface first, zerg shannox to 40-35%, then kill riplimb, some zerg shannox to 50%, kill rageface, put melee on shannox while ranged kill riplimb. (normal mode ofc)

you just have to find the best strategy to fit your raiding group/comp.
