The tiers are displayed incorrectly and the stats are those of a higher tier than it's supposed to be.
Ex. 6% Luk, 4% Luk Epic Shoes is really 4% Luk, 2% Luk Epic Shoes
12% Dex, 9% Dex Epic Earrings = 9% Dex, 6% Dex Epic Earrings
but then explain the 14% stat and the like 240% hp and what not. unless +14 stat and +240 hp are in legendary potenial. and that also means that 40% boss should "appear" but i havent seen any of those
