It's the same thing with these 100% scrolls in Maple: they have a 0.39% chance of failure. Of course, this was in v0.55, I have no idea if they changed it when big bang came out.
I'm sorry, maybe I'm just missing something here, but you are saying because in pokemon 100% =/= 100% that in maplestory 100% =/= 100%? So Pokemon 100% means there is a .39% chance of missing and therefore Nexon used that in their game? I GOT IT. NEXON IS RUN BY POKEMON.
Edit: I'll actually give you the benfit of the doubt. Now go get me some actual proof.
