and actually, nx rates are where they are because of meso selling sites. botters dictate the price of mesos, and that filters down to slightly more expensive nx rates because the source is more trustworthy.
Except i vaguely remember nx rates jumping from 1:15/1:20mil to 1:40mil in mardia like... overnight with the discovery of lol 10att Wgs in Mts. But to answer your question abour reverse gear. NOT EVERYONE is a rich mofo. the damage you can gain from just a reverse weapon costing like 80mil to make and scroll is about the same as buying a lvl 100 weapon/110 for 300mil. Though making one WOULD be cheaper than buying as long as you made your weapon within the first try; reverse would still be cheaper overall. None refundable yes, but i'll get you to the point of where u can actually making that kind of mesos in the first place. And as for other equips they can do it either for the potenial (reverse is the cheapest glove for SE) or for looks (like i did. But i relized that was a stupid idea but meh. i was happy for a LONG TIME).
