Anyway, somehow I think this would be highly unlikely, 60 (wasn't it 65?) nanoseconds is a LOT of time difference, taking into consideration that the laboratories were only +/- 700km away from each other (or even less)... Unless there is a huge gravitational anomaly stretching across Europe... well ok, the Alps are in between CERN and Italy, but that's still noth enough mass to bend time by such large proportions...

Also, more mass would slow things down, not speed things up...

This doesn't make sense... o.0
