Increase taxes on the higher tiers of trades/shops. Any trades nearing the meso carry cap should have a considerable amount of tax bitten off of it.
Increase drop rate of rarer scrolls, supply is the counter to demand.
Give the donation king medals (forgot the specific name) Extremely hax stats, encouraging rich players to fight over donating for it.
Stop the freaking meso exploits and clean up after them better.
In the end though, that's why i prefer dead servers over populated ones. They don't seem to get his *as* hard by hackers, botted to crap though.
