Ultimate plan to stop the inflation

This is the only part that I'm interested in, because all of the others had already been explained to only harm legits far more than the hackers and merchants responsible for the inflation in the first place. Even then, I'd modify it. A lot.

First of all, I'd change the items to be completely new items (that way Nexon wouldn't have an excuse to not put this in purely on the basis of losing profit from cubes). There would be a wide variety of items that would hopefully encourage every kind of mapler to use it in some way. All of these items, as already suggested, should be untradeable (and it shouldn't be hard to keep them permanently untradeable on the basis of all of these items being new items).

Second of all, it'd require a new form of currency in order to obtain these new items. Said currency could require meso or NX to obtain, but once you convert the meso or NX to that type of currency, there would be no way to reverse the process. This new currency also cannot be traded between players. Likewise, once you purchase the new shop items with the new currency, there would be no way to sell the items back for 'coins' (random name for the new currency) as well.

This is what the conversion rate for the theoretical new shop would probably look like:
- 1,000,000 meso = 1 coin
- 10,000,000 meso = 12 coins
- 50,000,000 meso = 60 coins
- 100,000,000 meso = 130 coins
- 3,000 NX = 100 coins
- 6,000 NX = 250 coins
- 10,000 NX = 600 coins

(Don't mind the NX-to-coin ratio in comparison to the meso-to-coin ratio, as I have almost no idea what the ratio is like in Windia anymore, given the insanity of the past few months. It's besides the point anyways.)

I'd imagine that if Nexon were to go through with something like this, they would intentionally make the NX tickets give out far more coins than the meso conversion. In that case, in order for this to really work without the economy being whipped into even more inflation/hackers hacking even more to take advantage of this, they'd have to get rid of the MTS, and give us the KMS cash shop trading room.

This is what my theoretical shop would look like. (Note that, again, everything in here is permanently untradeable. Also, all scrolls in this shop are only usable with the equipment in this shop):

Equipment:
- Permanent +5% STR, DEX, INT, -or- LUK badge: 100 coins
- Permanent +20% HP and MP badge: 100 coins
- Level 110 armor: 5 coins
- Level 120 armor: 25 coins
- Level 130 armor: 50 coins
- Level 140 armor: 100 coins
- Level 110 weapons: 20 coins
- Level 120 weapons: 100 coins
- Level 130 weapons: 200 coins
- Level 140 weapons: 400 coins
(The 140 equips are not the same as the Cygnus equipment. These new equips would probably have like 8 stat less/5 attack less than the Cygnus equipment and won't have the set bonus, so defeating Cygnus would still have some worth, if the whole 'new equips are completely untradeable' thing wasn't enough.)

Stat Scrolls:
- 50% Special Armor Stat Scrolls: 15 coins (+3 stat)
- 50% Special Accessory Stat Scrolls: 25 coins (+3 stat)
- 50% Special Weapon Attack Scroll: 40 coins (+5 Weapon Attack)
- 50% Special Magic Attack Scroll: 40 coins (+5 Magic Attack)
- 50% +3 Special Armor Stat Scrolls: 35 coins (+9 stat, requires 3 or more remaining upgrade slots)
- 50% +3 Special Accessory Stat Scrolls: 60 coins (+9 stat, requires 3 or more remaining upgrade slots)
- 50% +3 Special Weapon Attack Scroll: 100 coins (+15 Weapon Attack, requires 3 or more remaining upgrade slots)
- 50% +3 Special Magic Attack Scroll: 100 coins (+15 Magic Attack, requires 3 or more remaining upgrade slots)

- 5 slot Scroll Pouch (limit of 2 per character): 50 coins
- Archer/Mage/Thief/Warrior/Pirate-specific Mystery Books: 15 coins (includes Maple Warrior books)

I'd hope that something like this would make for an effective meso sink along with higher-end equipment deflating slightly, without the entire economy crashing into a state where hackers get to hoard like hell and benefit at the expense of the entire economy in the long run.

Add a zero to those prices, and it sounds like a good idea
