Either you get mercedes before like JMS and feel inferior, or you get mercedes after like GMS and...feel inferior.

The japanese are going to see mercedes as better than archers anyway, just like most GMS scrubs. JMS doesn't see the point revamping archers out of line with every other class, which is what KMS SHOULD HAVE DONE FROM THE START.

That aside, you have no real reason for why JMS is bringing Mercedes and Cannoneer first, just mere guesses.
Yes, KMS should have done the revamps at once, but you can't say that this is the reason JMS is breaking order.
As Shikage has said, JMS doesn't even have all of Chaos... or Ultimate Adventurers...
There's plenty of patches that could have come before Mercedes and Cannoneers.
