Lag outside US is just one of the reasons. Another is that classes are not balanced there. Third is that the system itself doesn't work in MS, where there's no complicated combos, just spamming a single skill, which only makes it as race of who can do the most dmg. 4th is that there's hackers. 5th is that equips are in too big of a role in PvP-> nxkiddies and illegit tycoons with dupescrolled equips beat the crap out of other people.
