It's been a while since I last used that kind of software (Wii's 'running' on an external HD now. 'Running' because it's been collecting a lot of dust lately), but I think Imgburn has the option of copying DVDs.
It's a really light program and it does the job nicely.
I'm not completely sure about the DVD copy option, though.
