Apparently a Creeper had spawned inside my house while I was gone at some point, but thankfully it was killed before causing any damage. I wouldn't have known a Creeper was in there if I wasn't told about it by another member.
Yes, creepers shouldnt be able to get there. Plus the damage wasn't something that was caused by either of them, it was some stone blocks that were removed, some regular stone blocks were mined away and some of them replaced with cobblestone, my lava furnace even had cobblestone put into it. And a whole line of tracks were just removed.
