As far as I know, nobody (except the hackers themselves, obviously) knows what it is that makes you vulnerable to hacking.
Many people who weren't on "the list", nor used MTS for months before, got hacked.
Even if you get a copy of the list and you're not on it, don't consider yourself safe.
