Fire Demon -> Mist Eruption
Elemental Composition -> Fire Demon
Mana Reflection -> Arcane Aim (all three magician classes get this, btw)
Not entirely sure what's happening with the points from Partial Resistance and where we're getting points for High Wisdom.
I agree with you on the 1 Paralyze and then maxing Mist Eruption, but I'm not sure maxing Arcane Aim before them both would be a good idea since it's mainly a bossing skill and you won't notice as big of a damage increase while training as you would while bossing. Note that the party bonus is removed from LHC/Future Ereve so that's something to consider in your skill build.
