Hurricane Irene - its potential impact on the East Coast

can't sleep...... hurricane is too loud. water bangin up against my window

This. I didn't think it was supposed to get this bad here in Virginia Beach until in the afternoon (which is what I kept hearing on the news and from my dad). There have already been funnels spotted and even a tornado or two spawned from this Hurricane in North Carolina.

Totally slept through it LOL. I just woke up. I'm happy I still have power.

I remember Isabel being worse than this. It rained so much that it made our lake flood half of my backyard.
