What's right and wrong?

ive seen too many science shows that clearly said that eating meat was the key to our evolution.
and in the video it seemed pretty cruel, and the animal kept on moving even after they put her aside, but it's the life they are living which is really bad.
problem is, that the more humane the killing way is, the more expensive it is too.

Please provide some evidence for your claim because never in my years of education have I read about a correlation between eating meat and intelligence in evolution. Intelligence itself is a really subjective term. Forming tools was key to our evolution, not necessarily eating meat. Eating meat was an effect of our increased intelligence, not a cause.
