Naruto Thread (Spoilers For Sure)

He couldn't use any of his techniques while he was still captured. Raiton doesn't stick around forever and I don't really think that Hanzo of all people with zero sensor feats would be able to tell that this chakra was disrupted by raiton and thus doesn't have the ability to use explosives. I however do think that he's skilled enough to be able to tell when someone is almost out of chakra. Not to mention that this 'weak spot' of Deidara was only figured out by sasuke who just happens to have the sharingan that saw he used earth seals and even then he still had to test the theory that raiton rendered him useless. What I'm meaning to say by this is that it perhaps isn't common knowledge that blast element users weak spot is raiton.

Considering that Deidara was part of the hidden rock(and a highly respected member) I wouldn't be surprised if they told the joint army that raiton disables blast element. And I don't think you need to be a sensor in order to see that there are swords charged with raiton sticking into a container that's being loud and obnoxious to know that Deidara can't do anything. Raiton infused swords glow.
