Difference wouldn't be that high regardless.
Anyway, with some of the numbers I posted, I narrowed the range of possible pdr values down to 0.2% ignore PDR so it doesn't seem unreasonable to me that I would be able to notice a 15% ignore PDR difference.
I have a 15% ignore PDR weapon on a mule but unfortunately my second computer's out of commission so I have no way to transfer it.
Tomorrow I should try testing on something with higher PDR, it's pretty monotonous but not that difficult.
