[GMS] Patch 0.58

I don't even give a pomegranate if nothing's fixed. Think of it this way, guys; we're one patch closer to the Masteria update.

So we have a pointless patch, kicking a lot of us off during our 2x experience yet again, removing most of us from merchanting and yet we see no progress yet again? They didn't fix anything as far as I can see, correct me if I'm wrong but this patch seemed grossly unnecessary. I would have been more content with this patch not happening at all.
