No. That Ariant quest that's stuck isn't there either.

Why don't we just count all COMPLETED quests? If it is stuck in progress/is in progress, then it doesn't count. :/ Then we would eliminate all of this confusion. >_<

Exactly. it won't penalize you in any way to remove that quest from everybody's count. You'd still be the same x amount of quests ahead (or behind).

Technically those quests completed, though, and should be counted.

See, the point is that most questers (if not all) on the Quest Kings list WILL finish them. And since most (if not all) have, then it won't place you ahead by a significant amount. Even if I go through and add 1 to every number, then people will still hold the same ranks.

And there are more likely people up there who are including it... Either way, there are quests that are only for certain classes that are stuck too, take the Elquines for example.

Again, I didn't count any stuck quests, whether they are job-only or free-for-all. Thus, nobody's count included stuck-in-progress quests. However, if you catch any errors in the counting, please let me know and I will change their count.

By the way, to inform the public, before it gets announced, there's this one three-part Singapore quest "Angie's Beloved Costume" (the one with the leathers, Jr. Wraith pieces, and Emeralds) that gives only one count instead of the normal three. I'm counting that as one quest.
