I think most of the warriors are just annoyed that stance takes a huge chunk of hard-earned fourth job skill points, while Mechs and Demon Slayers get a superior version of the skill with little to no effort.

A lot of the 4th job slayer skills aren't exactly "amazing" in general. Spending points on some of them is going to be a boring process, just like maxing stance.
