Are you talking about how the sprites for x object draws fluently (no missing sprites in between movement)? If so, its loaded in loading maps and starting the game.

Example: LaTale has that loading screen; pretty sure thats what loads the things needed. MapleStory just says EFF U and gives you a black screen till everything loads.

Or a slight screen freeze when new stuff appears (using new skills or when moving around the FM).
