Max both, and put only 1 point in Smart Knockback. Arans do enough damage now to KB most monsters (except some CWKPQ monsters).
About which one first, Final Toss if you want to hang out in LHC, Rolling Spin if you don't.
If you used your SP Reset already, there's still a Hot Time event.
