Warriors - use rush a lot
Mages - use teleport a lot
Archers - use dragon pulse a lot
Thieves - Abuse mobility to steal HP/MP stuff
Pirates - ...i got nuthin

It really isn't as complicated as you think. Just try and not get absolutely raped by mages and pick off people with low hp before someone else does.
