Still, an area never visible to 99,9% of the players, is a HUGE capital waste in developing costs for a MMORPG... just a waste of money...

Think about how often they've catered to the rest of the community.

-Mushroom Castle for the early 3x people
-Kerning Square to make leveling through the beginning of 2nd job easier.
-CPQ, CPQ II
-Ghost Ship PQ for whatever level range its for (...I have ABSOLUTELY NO IDEA)
-Dragon Rider PQ (again, I have absolutely no idea...)
-Lionheart Castle (Late 3rd job to early 4th job, though it IS a better alternative for EVERYONE)

There are probably tonnes more that I can't remember (but I remember there was a point in time where all the higher leveled people were complaining about no content being catered to them).

Is it REALLY wrong for them to make ONE high leveled area for ONCE in how many years?

Also, back to the above list.

Directed at everyone, tell me when was the last time you...

1. Ghost Ship PQ'd
2. Dragon Rider PQ'd
3. HOB PQ'd (all jokes aside about that one day where 3500+ people went and did it!)
4. went to Singapore to train on dukus or kill Krexel or do anything else there
5. Went deep into sleepywood dungeon
6. Omega Sector

It doesnt matter that more than 0.1% of the population has access to these places...no one goes there anyway (I'm sorry if there are any die hard Ghost Ship PQ or Dragon Rider PQers out there). They've already went out and bothered developing all that useless content (and to be honest, the amount of content that is constantly in use is very low. While big bang has made things more balanced, the number of maps that people actually train on compared to the ones that no one ever touches would probably be like 1:10), so what's wrong with developing another one (or another area that most people cannot use)?

Also, under your logic, is Pink Been, Horntail, Chaos Horntail etc. a waste of development money and time too? 99.9% of the population will never see these short of chilling with a Wild Hunter in Leafre or something. In fact, with Horntail, only 30 people in a whole server can see it once a week...that's probably less than 99.9%!
