Leveling up stops being efficient when you have 200+ extra AP does it not, or does the message disappear when you reach 255?

Could someone inform me as to what the quests required are and how to do them? If I'm not too lazy, I may try an Aran and see the effectiveness of my theory.

can't remember the quests off the top of my head, but look in the cinema section, there's a video on what to do.
