1) The water temple was never that hard anyway, just annoying because of how heavy boots were equipped.
2) The only changes that make the water temple easier have been confirmed for almost a month: Heavy Boots are now an item button. You now get a full map at all times on the touch screen. Paths to the water level changing areas now have coloured paths leading to them.
Thats it. You're just upset over nothing.
