Can we get any more superstitious? The camera is not evil, it won't steal your soul, it's not going to hurt you. It doesn't refine light into pure evil. It's the person carrying the camera who is doing something inappropriate, or the person looking at the picture who is doing something inappropriate (for those 40% mentioned who do molest children). The 15% who solicited people online are a little sketchier, but is talking to someone a crime? If they don't like it, they can close the window, ignore you, etc.
