Why is taking pictures of your family at a nude beach sexual? I would agree that forcing a child to strip and then photograph them naked is inappropriate, but nudity in general is not.
Sorry for being a bit off-topic :/ I still think it's just the taking pictures that should be punishable, not possession of them.
