I don't know about that "True love" thing.
Example:
I dont think that there's a high chance that:
Person B is person A
"top crush" (in terms of looks)
Person A is person B "top crush" (in terms of looks)
-> they happen to start dating
At least not first sight. Sure it's possible but seems quite rare. And of course, personality factors are a different thing.
