1-18: none
19-25: 18
26-35: 42 (primarily for 2nd job advance - other than that, you only need 25 or so) - I've generally done this with dex gloves + pigbook/pumpkin spear on dexless warriors
35-50: 55 (easy, you get mastery these levels)
50-60: 72
60-80: 80 - note this is to train on Voodoos, 3rd job advance is 50 acc
80-95: 103, 115
95-120: 125
120+: 135, 139, 147, 165...
In the 3rd job range, high acc earlier gives you more options but rarely faster training. If you're not quite at these acc amounts, you can just hang around the previous area for a little longer.
As Crimson Guardians (resist all) and Papulatus's 2nd form (neutral + flying) are not things I ever fight, my Paladin does not ever need 147 acc :/ I can equip it though if I ever had to for some reason. I just stay with 135 acc on training gear because I don't train on elemental resistant monsters.
Well, I remembered my target acc goal for 3rd job adv was in the 70's, might be to hit tauromacis? I forget exactly. Since I went low dex, I shat my pants daily to make sure I had enough acc, and if not, how I would go about getting it.
I'm a hero, so elemental resistance and neutrality does not effect me one bit <3. If you're high enough level to solo pap though, I'd recommend it~ For me, it's decent exp, low cost, and good profits. As it stands, I gain slightly less exp per hour than I would with a decent training party and I gain a small amount of money from normal pot drops. Any equip/skill that drops is purely extra income, which just makes it all the better. Of course, if it takes you too long or costs too many pots, it might not be worth your time/effort.
On-Topic : If REALLY don't want to grind a warrior to level, you could just do PQ's all the way up to lv 101. (Although I STRONGLY advise against PPQ for exp. I was level 100 when it came out and I PPQ'd to get a hat. I forget how many PQ's I did, around 50 or so, and all that only got me 20%, with exp from a few new quests at the time included.)
