It shouldn't take a Karthus that can 2HKO you with his ult for you to get a Banshee's on Ashe.
I think this is my Ashe build now.
Doran's -> Wriggles + boots 1 -> Doran's + Merc Treads -> BF Sword -> Negatron -> IE -> Last Whisper/Banshee's (sell second Doran's) -> Banshee's/Last Whisper -> Phantom Dancer
