He seriously just asked if he's not allowed to break the rules in either world, meaning he's against being arrested for pomegranatety actions that HE feels are justified.

Seriously Neo, if you get arrested for something that is against the law, you don't do it. Why not do the same online, where KSing gets you BANNED?
