If you want to PvP, there are plenty of MMORPGs that have it programmed into them.
Maple does not.
Maple's TOS specifically states you're not to KS.
Maple wants you to interact with people in a friendly way, to help them, not to bully them. Yeah, it's a kiddie game, deal with it.
Don't tell those of us who don't like KS'ing to go play a solo game. You who like to fight against other players should go to a game that provides that functionality and encourages it.
Just like in real life, if I got to a public park bench before you, you have no right to push me off it. You can ask to share it, but you can't say "It's not yours, it's the city's, and since the city didn't make it impossible for me to push you off, I will push you, 'cause I want to sit down too and all the benches are taken. Or not. Maybe I just feel like punching an old lady today, and you look like you fit the bill, and I don't see any cops here."
If I sat down on the bench first, it's mine. Until I get up (of my own free will), at which point it becomes free-for-all again.
