Book Ghost is 84 and Sage Cat is 95 so it seems like the place to go if you can hit them.
Just gonna confirm Sage Cats as being great so long as you can move around the map pretty fast. (Ice/Light mage if it wasn't obvious)

Weapons: 1 Kandiva, 2 Belzet, 4 Demon Axe
Time: ~1 Hour
So, assuming that I got a bit more than average, you should still get around 25-30 coins an hour farming the lvl 64 weapons there, which may or may not be faster than hunting for the Pyrope, and is definitely a good place if you're looking to get non drop items like anniversary scrolls or necklace.
