Why would things changing make anything illogical? Deductions are built upon previously available information, going from what is known to what else can be known is in itself logic. That tomorrow won't be different from today is not a truth, but a condition necessary for any further reasoning to be built upon. Denying it is denying the "truth" behind the hypotheses, not necessarily their logicality. You can say all scientific hypotheses are wrong (just maybe not today) but to claim it to be illogical is beyond me.
A deductive argument can be valid without being sound.
