Gold, about 10 years (WOW.)
Silver, probably 8-9
Crystal, 5 or 6
(got both Silver and Crystal used though)
Emerald, almost 6 years)
Leaf Green, 1 year, bought used
Emerald went weird for a little while and told me the battery was dead, but then after a couple months it was working again and still works now (probably 4 years later).
