Nexon's philosophy of making money and keeping their "legit" customers happy is "IF YOU CANT BEAT THEM JOIN THEM".
It's more a case of Nexon selling features that are "free" in pay-to-play games. Not every game makes you pay $2 to set up a shop and $0.50 to look for an item.
Lots of games feature macro systems too... Wizet didn't implement everything at the start, and what was missing got hacked in before they could get on it because it's often pretty useful. I'm not talking about botting, but things like fast looting or auto potting, where they make the game more playable if you lag.
If people have fun by being afk maybe they shouldn't log on the game in the first place. They're making it trashier for every legitimate player.
