My Base HP is 17292 with a CHTP it's 18811 which is about 8.8% increase. With self HB and CHTP I have 24599 hp which Self HB is giving me about a 30.8% increase from 18811 hp.

It's because of the stupid sh`it you're wearing more than likely.
