Democrats no longer allowed to vote in Wisconsin

I'm not sure where you heard the police had "no problems" opening fire on protestors, because that's simply not true. I mean, as you said, that didn't happen (I'm a living testament to that), but the police have always been on our side as protestors. They even refused to travel to Illinois and arrest the 14 Democratic state senators that fled to prevent quorum. The worst the police have done, with "worst" being in a "per se" quotes, is forcefully remove protestors 1-2 weeks ago to help clear the capitol. But otherwise they've always been on our side - I've talked to a lot of police while being in the capitol, and they've always been kind, informative, and supportive.

And p.s. the protestors aren't dependent on government aid. I have no idea where you came up with that idea; I'd like to see your source. We're dependent upon collectively bargaining for the wages we have, which aren't enough to become "upper class" like many paint us to be. We're normal, hard-working, middle-lower class residents who simply want to maintain the lifestyle we have and not suffer economic misfortunes that make it difficult to live. That's what this whole issue is about. No one's asking for wage raises that can purchase the luxuries. Please tell me how many Wisconsin farmers, teachers, and snow plow drivers have yachts on Lake Michigan - the answer is 0.
