For once, I think AcornStory is accurate. As for how accurate I don't know.
Empress's Prayer
Description: [Master Level : 1] ATT and Magic ATT are temporarily increased for 2 hours, and you can attack higher level monsters than usual. The effect remains even after the character dies, and it cannot be canceled by monster skills. \n#cCooldown: 1 day#
Max Level: 1
The skill data makes no reference to how many people it can affect, but from the looks of it the skill is a party skill. It has FSAoE a la ArchMage Ultimates.
So it looks like it replaces CKs Echo skill to make it much more worthwhile. I don't know how it affects the accuracy formula, however.
