^The game is harder compared to the previous games. In the post game most (if not all) trainers have Pokémon over Lv.60. It's not impossible, but you'll be using a lot more items than you're used to.
I'm in Driftveil now, going to the Cold Storage (already did everything available, including Route 6 up to this point).
Current team:
- Pignite Lv.30 (It's constantly raining in Driftveil, which sucks for this guy since he can't spam Flame Charge on Vanillite/Deerling now.)
- Excadrill Lv.31 (5 levels until Earthquake!)
- Solosis Lv.30 (It's so sloooooww. But it hits like a truck.)
- Archen Lv.31 (Haven't really had any problems with it's ability yet.)
- Basculin Lv.28 (Got this one from the Driftveil trade, so it has Rock Head as ability. Can't wait to spam Double-Edge.)
- Deerling Lv.25 (Haven't really used this one yet.)
Because I only used 2 Pokémon up to the 3rd gym (decided to sneak past everyone on my way to get Solosis and Archen so they would get the exp.) my whole team is overleveled now. Sigilyph is still freaking hard to defeat though.
