Go to your regional settings, keyboard, and check if Google IME is under Japanese.
Also, retying the sentence to see what it does for me.

Also, difference between Google IME and microsoft is that it recognizes words and names better with context. When you type out a whole sentence and hit enter at the end, all the kanji placed in should be what you were trying to get.
Also, names. Typing in れみり gives me レミリア・スカーレット automatically, saving me the time needed to type it.
