Mob Avoid/Player Accuracy
#2
1. Listing avoid/accuracy values for mobs isn't worth showing. It is useful information, don't get me wrong, but it's easily determined by level. I encourage you to check the Big Bang Calculators to see these values. Then you'll understand why I don't bother listing them.

2. On what mobs and what map? Use cases are necessary. The mob may have some avoid increasing ability which usurps your ACC rate or may use a debuff on you to lower your ACC rate. In general, as long as you're putting all of your points in INT and LUK it's mathematically impossible to miss any mob in the game assuming you're at the same level or higher.

Another possible reason is that Nexon screwed up somehow and made your magical attacks actually use physical accuracy. Considering that only LUK gives physical ACC, that might fall in line with your issue.

3. Recent patch notes state that it changed but only when the Restructuring came out which will be the next big patch after Big Bang. Considering that we still have a while before Mechanics, we will also have a while before the new formulas roll around. Also, now that we know how this formula works and KMSers say that it "feels relatively unchanged" (according to Forad), then I'd say the change wasn't too significant. I'll make sure to have a look at it when the Restructuring rolls around.

And goddammit if you say something self-deprecating or humiliating one more time in regards to asking me questions I will kick you in the plantain. Hard.
