You said "The game needs to be less grind, and it will be."
But no, it won't. Total grind required 1-200 is not lessened.

You need to remember something, the grind is reduced for 1x. 2x+ users have always been a special case and, for once, Nexon is not catering to the ones with power to enhance their experience gain by either spending money or going to great lenghts to get "rep mules", something your average gamer just wont do.

The problem seems, to me, that most people complain because it affects the "me" -and they have all the right to complain- but also need to understand that, while looking at BB, you need to see the bigger picture.



EDIT: Also, the ones affected are the rep harvesters. The ones that buy the enhancements with money, unless Nexon decides to copy JMS's model, are still going to enjoy faster leveling.
