If there is a God, he wouldn't have given us a brain if he didn't want us to use it. I've seen no proof for God, so I don't offer my obeisance to any known deities, but I still uphold the morals and ethics of the Judeo-Christian system of beliefs. I also know that God doesn't sanction using his name to commit atrocities and start wars.
That's just my beliefs on the issue.
