Anyone crashing more after the windows 7 fix patch?

it might mean doing bosses and not crashing anymore.

I've made it through runs before with disappearing bodies/body parts. Just because you didn't crash with disappearing bodies doesn't mean the crashing is over. I'd like to stay optimistic but I just can't when it comes to bossing. Hopefully the overall gameplay is a lot smoother than before though. Random crashes were really getting me down.
